Job Summary: 
Professional and reliable first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency scheduling of mobile drug and alcohol collections throughout New England. Effectively communicates with customers and collectors in a fast-paced, stressful work environment.  

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Responsibility

75%
• Develops, schedules and dispatches mobile and on-site drug and alcohol collections including emergency calls throughout the New England Region. 
• Decision maker for dispatching Mobile Collections Staff of (9-15)
• Uses analytics, systems and significant job knowledge to weigh factors in order to arrange staff to provide peek service levels. 
• Impacts overall departments Customer Service based upon attention to details, multi-tasking and ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Ensures that all collections are completed with client satisfaction. 
• Must resolve customer and collector issues and/or concerns. 
• Provides updated customer/collection information.
• Oversees the route and status of collectors to coordinate and prioritize their schedules to adjust for issues or changes.
• Manages customer requests and concerns by prioritizing needs and developing effective solutions.  
• Manage Collection Specialists’ credentialing requirements.
• Create authorization for testing forms as required.

• General support of the Mobile Operations 
• Manages various projects as defined by the Mobile Operations Manager
• Works directly with Operations Manager, Program Administration, Collection Specialists and Accounting Department.

• On-Call rotation for emergency coverage

Experience Required
• Dispatching/Scheduling in the transportation or drug testing space
• General Office Experience
• Data entry, Microsoft office and high-level scheduling software
• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service in a related field 

Preferred Education:
High School diploma required 
Some college preferred

Travel %: Up to 10% 

Special Requirements:
Obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card within the first 30 days from the start date.
Obtain DOT Urine and Breath Certification within the first 30 days from the start date. 

Work Hours:  Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
