This position is responsible for reviewing tooling requirements and ensuring the required tooling is on-hand while adhering to budget targets. Responsible for E&O reductions. Also, responsible for working on cost savings projects through supplier negotiations and process development. 
 
 

What are some of the things you will do? 

• On-time delivery of required tooling for operations.

• Adherence to budget.

• Cost Savings Projects and Process improvement.

• PO Creation and Quoting

• Analyzing data as assigned by operations.

•  All other duties as assigned by the manager.  

Let’s talk about you…

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years in a purchasing role.

• Strong Excel and Google Suite skills.

• Prior experience managing a budget and prioritizing orders.

• Prior experience building relationships with suppliers.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong human relations skills.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• HS Diploma, GED or relevant experience..

• Fluent in English (both strong verbal and written communication skills).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Heading, Stamping, Threading equipment and operations.

• BBA in Supply Chain Mgt

• Prior experience in setting up Min/Max Inventory systems.
