Please note: This role is specifically for our hydronic heating side of our business. We are looking for someone who is mechanically minded & ready to learn under someone with 25+ years of hydronics experience. Job details would include learning to build heat losses, troubleshooting boilers, manual J reports, and jobsite visits. You will be learning under our specialist, Scott Kinnison, who has been the heart & soul of our hydronics here since we opened. This is a great opportunity to get into a hydronic-specific field that has no ceilings on what you can do with the knowledge you will acquire.  Fast pace growth can be achieved with this role if you are willing to take the time to learn.  Here at Dahl Boulder, we want to grow our team from within and this position is your first stepping stone to a fantastic career in a very complex industry! 

 


As an Inside Salesperson with Hajoca your specific duties will include but are not limited to: 
•Interacting with customers at our location or over the phone, providing the customer

•Service and support needed to generate and close sales

•Investigating and resolving customer problems and concerns

•Processing Sales Orders & Bids generated through phone transactions

•Assisting customers who pick up their product at our location

•Meeting or exceeding monthly required Gross Profit dollar targets

All interested applicants must possess: 
•High school degree or equivalent

•Outstanding customer service and communication skills

•Basic computer literacy

•The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

Our ideal candidate will also: 
•Have a comprehensive knowledge of product

•Wholesale distribution experience

•The determination and drive to prospect new customers

•Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
