Inside Sales Administrative Assistant

You will work within the sales department by supporting the team through accounting, purchasing and general administrative functions. Shift: This is a 37.5 hour, five day work week Monday to Friday.
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

- Complete and prepare prequalification applicants for approval
- Submit monthly billing (AIA, batch invoice, etc.)
- Prepare lien waivers for approval
- Submit project specification to vendors for quotations
- Submit purchase orders to vendors
- Address receiving issues and reconcile pricing discrepancies
- Prepare Specbooks package and send no charge product samples
- Obtain, maintain and update certificates of insurance
- Analyze contract scope vs actual orders/deliveries as directed by manager
- Prepare change orders for approval
- Prepare product care and warranty packets for project closeouts
- Prepare closeout documents for approval
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent excel skills

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. They also handle tile samples up to 5 pounds, and are required to sit and stand throughout their 7.5 hour daily shift.
