We are looking for a data-driven, customer obsessed and proven Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our brands. This hands-on role will focus on email, SMS, and bringing customers through the full funnel, from acquisition through to loyalty and retention. This role reports into the Head of Player Development.

This role will be responsible for increasing lifetime value for customers, driving retention and engagement. You will be able to balance marketing, operations, analytic thinking, and people management skills to succeed. You will sometimes be teaching and leading the team, and other times rolling up your sleeves to dig into campaigns and marketing data yourself. The Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will utilize quantitative and qualitative data to build user loyalty and retention among PLAYSTUDIOS’ customer base by building long-term relationships with our users.   • Develop and implement lifecycle programs that will be targeted based upon a customer’s past purchases, activity, and behavior to engage and retain them in our games, our rewards and loyalty program.
  • Champion the CRM strategy to drive increased frequency across customer segments. Lead, mentor, and continue to build a world class Lifecycle CRM Teams across our American Studios.
  • Focus on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, & Insights. Report on the success of campaigns and use that data to drive actionable decisions to grow the business.
  • Have a deep experience with A/B testing and always looking for your next opportunity to drive marketing results.
  • Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies, with the ability to work at both a strategic and execution level.
  • Maintain expert knowledge on email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, and consumer privacy laws.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure we are aligned on business needs and upcoming improvements to help design and execute campaigns.
  • Creating and developing a SMS lifecycle program for our loyalty rewards platform


  • 5+ years of lifecycle strategy (or equivalent experience) and hands-on journey building
  • BS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  • Expertise and robust experience with CRM tools around campaign management, email, push notifications, SMS, and in app messaging experience with Braze is a major plus.
  • Experience implementing loyalty, CRM, segment migration, and automation marketing programs and processes
  • Proven track record of managing complex segmentation strategies and customer lifecycle programs
  • Extremely strong written and communicative skills
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with database and business intelligence tool sets
  • Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally comfortable delegating or owning tasks, no matter how big or small.
  • Collaborative and can communicate your ideas and program results clearly & effectively to all levels of the organization


  • 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team
