Global Learning Development Specialist
Purpose: as a part of Global L&D team, leads, coordinates & delivers L&D initiatives as LMS owner, internal trainer/facilitator, and program developer to support capabilities development for all employees and to meet the business needs.

Areas of focus:
• Serves as a SME and owner of corporate LMS and LCMS
• Prepares, communicates, and delivers annual global learning plans to support L & D strategies
• Co-creates learning solutions (e-learning, ILT and V-ILT sessions and programs) based on needs analysis in alignment with business needs and corporate culture
• Creates and manages an LMS community of practice that guides and trains others on LMS features and functions including LCMS solutions (content authoring, publishing, delivery, and analysis)
• Manages learning initiatives in the LMS and associated technologies for employee transcripts, internal certifications, skill badging, etc.
• Utilizes LMS features to evaluate learning initiatives and report on effectiveness
• Researches and shares learning innovations in support of global learning initiatives
• Ensures timely execution of annual learning initiatives
• Delivers high quality learning experiences on virtual platforms and in-person
• Consults with internal stakeholders to broaden inclusive employee development opportunities
• Supports LMS and learning experience vendor management
Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in education or other behavioral science, or the equivalent in business experience
• 3 years of experience designing and developing skills training and development-oriented learning experiences for adult learners in business environments
• Good knowledge of training / facilitation methods and techniques for adult learners in multiple locations
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Creation System (LCMS)
• Experience with e-learning development
• Experience in corporate environments
• Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Superb customer focus with excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
• Coaching and facilitation skills certification is a plus
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships
• Quick learner that works well with minimal direction
• Proficient in the English language
