Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support in the assigned area of the order-to-cash process and associated IT solutions to support Marketing and Marketing Operations. The Digital Marketing Consultant will report to the Sr. Mgr Commercial Excellence within Enterprise Application Services.


Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Work cohesively with IT resources, process stewards, and business representatives on understanding the needs of Sylvamo’s business partners Marketing and Marketing Operations Solutions

  • Understand, design, build, implement and sustain solutions to support the assigned order-to-cash processes.                                                                     
  • This includes, but is not limited to:               
    • Customer Experience Platform Management
    • Digital Asset Management
    • Marketing applications and mobile applications
    •  Integrations between marketing applications and SAP environments
  • Evaluate and drive alternative solutions that meet business needs while maintaining standard
  • Plan and lead assignments, track progress, communicate milestones and escalate issues
  • Lead and execute proof of concept testing in a cross-team environment to validate design assumptions
  • Configure applications to enable defined business processes and maintain configuration documentation
  • Identify, document, and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the delivered design meets the business requirements
  • processes, procedural and system changes; escalate problems of high complexity and severity
  • Identify, assess impact, and provide re recommendations for resolution of issues related to business
  • Work with our business and IT partners to support, identify, gather information, and develop change requests for existing sustain issues or new requirements
  • Analyze and understand business data to support decision-making effectively present information
  • Manage vendor relationships and agreements:
  • Work with vendors to ensure service levels are met and expectations managed while providing leadership in continually improving and maturing partnerships to provide the highest level of customer service

  • Negotiate strategic enterprise agreements for key vendors and Managed Service Providers

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree computer science or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of business or IT work experience in IT project management or marketing is preferred
  • Mobile Application Technical Knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of Marketing and Marketing Operations processes preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication and
  • Agile experience is a plus. Knowledge of agile methodologies preferred.
